These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LipSyncTool at lipsynctool.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LipSyncTool provides browser-based tools intended to create lip sync video from supported images, video, audio, recordings, and written scripts. Features, models, input limits, processing time, output characteristics, credits, and account requirements may change. The current interface and checkout page control when they differ from general marketing descriptions.
The service may rely on third-party AI, hosting, storage, identity, email, analytics, and payment providers. Availability can be affected by those providers.
Some features may require an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You retain whatever rights you already hold in content you upload and in eligible generated output. You grant LipSyncTool and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority required to upload and process each face, likeness, voice, recording, image, video, music track, script, trademark, and other material you provide. A generated result does not give you copyright, publicity, privacy, trademark, or commercial rights that you did not already have.
Commercial use may also depend on the terms of the active AI model or other provider. Any provider-specific restrictions shown in the product are part of these Terms.
Content is not intended for public gallery display unless you explicitly submit it. If you submit a result, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and promote that approved result in connection with LipSyncTool until the submission is withdrawn or removed. We may approve, reject, edit descriptive metadata for, or remove a submission at our discretion.
You may not use LipSyncTool to:
We may block content, suspend tasks, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection, or legal compliance.
AI output may be inaccurate, distorted, delayed, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. Lip sync timing and visual quality vary with the source media, audio, model, and provider. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it and for providing any AI-generated-content disclosure required by law or another platform.
If paid features are enabled, the checkout page will show the product, currency, amount, billing interval, included credits, and applicable validity rules before purchase. Taxes may be added where required.
Subscriptions renew until canceled according to the terms shown at checkout. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless expressly allowed, and may expire according to the product terms shown at purchase. We may correct credit balances affected by error, duplicate processing, chargeback, refund, fraud, or abuse.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. When a generation task fails because of a confirmed system or provider error, the service may automatically restore the credits reserved for that task. Payment refunds and credit adjustments are separate processes.
LipSyncTool, its software, design, branding, documentation, and other service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service, its underlying models, or third-party technology.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk, has unpaid amounts, is subject to a lawful request, or threatens the service or others. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, a particular generation result, exact lip sync, compatibility with every file, or that output will be legally suitable for your intended use. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, LipSyncTool and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Any mandatory liability under applicable law is not excluded.
Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify LipSyncTool against third-party claims arising from your content, your violation of another person's rights, your unlawful use of the service, or your material breach of these Terms.
We may update the service and these Terms. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
The final legal-entity name, governing law, venue, and any mandatory consumer dispute process will be added before paid public launch. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
