Which photos and output sizes are supported?
Upload one JPG or PNG under 10 MB, at least 300 pixels on each side and no more than 36 megapixels. The input aspect ratio must be between 1:3 and 3:1. Output uses the model’s 2K resolution tier. Choose Original to follow your photo’s ratio, or select square, 3:4 portrait or 9:16 vertical. Actual pixel dimensions depend on the frame.
Can I change the intensity or choose another Halloween look?
Yes. Subtle, Balanced and Dramatic apply different style instructions, rather than a precisely measured makeup percentage. You can also choose Vampire, Witch, Skeleton, Pumpkin or Ghost. Adjusting a setting does not generate a new image until you click Generate again.

What happens if generation fails or I close the page?
Confirmed provider rejection or confirmed generation failure returns the reserved credits. An interrupted connection does not automatically submit another paid request. Your task ID is saved for status checks, and signed-in tasks are available in My Creations. If submission cannot be confirmed, contact support with the task ID before starting again.
